What are the shipping costs?

In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs:

Information on how to calculate the delivery date

In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

How is shipping within Germany?

We will send your order with DHL or Deutsche Post. On request, we will be happy to send you the DHL tracking number so that you can track your package. Please send us a short e-mail about this.

Shipping to other countries

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of Germany.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Of course you can specify a different delivery and billing address during the ordering process.
