Who do I return the goods to?

How do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you. Depending on the payment method, you will receive:

• when purchasing in advance, a credit to your bank account. Please don't forget to include your bank details for the refund.
• if you pay by credit card, a credit will be credited to your credit card account. The chargeback will appear on the next credit card statement.
• if you paid by PayPal, a credit to your PayPal account.

The refund will be made within a few days of receipt of the return.
