Payment via Klarna

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you have placed your order.

Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the time by email. (Please only list those payment methods that you also offer.)

Payment by invoice

Order conveniently on account and only pay when you have received the goods. We handle the purchase on account via PayPal. When purchasing by invoice, the total amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Invoices will be issued upon delivery.

Payment in advance

If you choose the payment method "payment in advance" in our online shop, you will receive an e-mail with your order number, your order details and our bank details immediately after the order has been completed. Please enter the order number in the purpose of your transfer so that we can assign your payment receipt more quickly. Your goods will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. It should be noted that depending on the bank, the receipt of payment can take between 2-4 working days. Payments from neighboring countries can take up to 7 working days.
